Where's My Order?

Once your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us with your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel.

Track via Australia Post

Most RareWear orders are shipped via Australia Post. You can track your parcel directly on the Australia Post website:

Simply enter your tracking number from your shipping confirmation email.

Track via Your Order Status Page

You can also check your order status at any time by visiting your order confirmation email and clicking the "View your order" link. This page shows your current order status, fulfilment progress, and tracking information if available.

How to Find Your Order Number

Your order number starts with # and can be found in:

  • Your order confirmation email (subject line: "Your RareWear order is confirmed")
  • Your shipping confirmation email (subject line: "Your RareWear order is on its way")
  • Your RareWear account under Order History (if you checked out with an account)

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location within Australia. As a general guide:

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days
  • Regional areas: 5–10 business days

Please allow additional time during sale periods and public holidays.
