RareWear can be purchased under Core/Consumables

RareWear can currently support participants that are Self-Managed or Plan-Managed.

Please read below for the process of either option.

SELF-MANAGED PLANS

Option 1. Proceed to the checkout and make your payment. A copy of your invoice will be emailed to you so you can make your claim with the NDIS.

The PDF link for your invoice be in your "Order Confirmation" email as a link.

Option 2. If you prefer to claim the funds from the NDIS first, you will need to submit a tax invoice from us to the NDIS portal.

You can do this by going through the order process and clicking "NDIS Self Managed" as the Payment Method.

Once you have paid for the items, please Contact Us - or email: info@rare-wear.com.au with your name, email, order number and a remittance (Or confirmation of payment e.g Screenshot of bank confirmation).

PLAN-MANAGED PLANS

1. This Is for clients that are PLAN MANAGED as a PAY LATER option.

You can do this by going through the order process and clicking "NDIS Plan Managed" as the Payment Method.

The PDF link for your invoice to forward onto your PLAN MANAGER will be in your "Order Confirmation" email as a link.

Once we have received the funds from your Plan Manager, we will post your items to the preferred address and send you the tracking via email.

Our clothing is made with children and their cares in mind, to ease dressing challenges whilst providing comfort and style. As RareWear clothing is adaptive, this clothing is known as assistive technology that is of low cost and can be purchased using NDIS consumable (Core) funding.
